YANTRA 2023
Models of Integration in Health Care
The International Conference on Yoga and Ayurveda in Neurosciences — Therapeutics and Research Approaches brought together institutions working in Yoga, Ayurveda and modern Biomedicine. Co-hosted with the pan-India AYUSH students’ platform Jignasa, the conference explored the growing need for integrated health services through scientific dialogue, clinical perspectives and research.
The conference was privileged by the presence of dignitaries, including Dr S. Somanath, then Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation. Union AYUSH Minister Shri Sarbananda Sonowal acknowledged the collaborative effort behind the programme and emphasised the importance of traditional medicine.

YANTRA 2020
Yoga and Neurosciences: Traditions and Research Approaches
YANTRA 2020 focused on the scientific perspectives of various schools of Yoga in mental health and Neurosciences. It laid the foundation for rigorous academic engagement between traditional Yoga knowledge and contemporary neurobiological and psychiatric frameworks.
This edition highlighted the therapeutic potential of Yoga-based interventions, emphasised the need for methodologically sound research, and positioned Yoga as a credible, scientifically examinable system within mental health and neurological care.

YANTRA 2026 advances the journey from integration to evidence.
The 2026 edition focuses on evidence from Public Health, Clinical Research and BasicScience, with multidisciplinary dialogue at its centre.
